Evidence-based Parenting Advice for Dads
The Supporting Father Involvement (SFI) Program is an 8-week, evidence-based curriculum designed to help fathers strengthen family bonds, improve co-parenting dynamics, and reduce household stress.

Led by certified facilitator Jamon Glover and offered through Father Figure Institute LLC, this program supports real-life fatherhood with practical tools, honest conversations, and a strong sense of community.

Whether you're a dad looking to grow, an agency serving families, or a partner organization seeking impact - the SFI program is here to help build stronger families from the inside out.

"We created Father Figure Institute to meet fathers where they are — not with judgment, but with support and real tools they can use.
The SFI program is one of the most impactful ways I’ve seen men grow, families heal, and communities strengthen. I’m proud to bring this work forward."
